My Contributions
As part of the RBC GAM Global Website revamp, I was responsible in bringing 6 different existing websites together into one unified global asset management site. The goal was to streamline the information from 6 different regions (Canada, US, UK, AsiaPac, Middle East and Latin America) that involved working closely with the Product Owner, Marketing Team, Content Team and the Design Team.
Lead end to end UX and design activities
Conducted UX workshops for global teams using techniques like card sorting and stake holder interviews
Gathered information and organized it in the form of sitemaps and design roadmaps to run through the design managers and PO’s
Researched the competitors and best practices to come up with the ideas
Created design templates (lo fidelity) for each region and high level product categories to get iterative feedback from stakeholders and marketing teams
Created wireframes, prototypes using the existing design templates and design components from design library, created user flows and design presentations
Created the Usability Testing plan and worked with the PO and BA’s to come up with the KPI’s to test the designs
Conducted usability testing and ran heuristic sessions with designers
Presented the feedback from the usability testing to the PO’s and design management team
Worked with the development team and QA’s to make sure the designs are implemented accurately
